We do like to play for fun but we also admire the tennis professionals and support the young ones who are working super hard to reach their goals and make their dreams come true. TTT18 introduces “Train Like a Pro” – the first project under Victor Hanescu Tennis Academy, a place built to train and form new generations of champions.
Why do we support Anamaria? Because BESTA Sports Club together with her trainer, Mr. Adrian Marcu and the manager of Tennis Club Herastrau, Mr. Ion Tupa, we believe in her talent and her determination to fulfil her dream to become the best.
We have a passion for challenges and we love making a difference, so this year we will continue the tradition and will raise funds for a Romanian junior tennis player. The young generation’ devotion for tennis inspires us to get creative and invite you to join forces and work towards an delightful tournament where friends and business partners are invited to play and watch tennis, to socialize and to support Romanian tennis.
give and you’ll receive…
It happens that every year around August 15th, friends, partners, media, artists, fashionistas and sports lovers gather at the Tudor Arena to celebrate, play and watch tennis. The tournament lasts for about four to five days. Tuesday to Friday the players meet after work to score points and to battle to get into the great final on Saturday. The games become tougher and more intense by the year. At the 12th TTT in 2010, the winners donated their prises to the Tudor Foundation for part of the sponsorship for the “Cantemir, Homo Europeaus” project. This year, we plan to finalise the project by placing Cantemir’s bronze statue in the central of Brussels, the capital of Europe. The planning has started. We look forard to welcoming more players, sponsors and friends of TTT at the 13th edition.
